Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead.
• Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with ≥6 years of experience.
• Hands-on Kafka expertise.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architectural pattern awareness.
• Deep understanding of domain-driven design and bounded contexts.
• Experience building RESTful services.
• Relational DBs: PostgreSQL, Oracle; JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-focused mindset with solid engineering practices.
