Qualifications

• Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead, mentoring junior developers.
• Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with 6+ years of experience.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong grasp of OOAD, design patterns, and architectural awareness.
• Domain-driven design with bounded contexts.
• Deep experience building RESTful services and APIs.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Oracle, JPA/Hibernate.

• Technical leadership and execution as Squad Lead, maintaining high engineering standards.
• Design and implementation of robust backend services with Java/Spring Boot.
