AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead to guide a squad and build backend services with Java and Spring Boot, supported by an Angular frontend. You will drive technical delivery, mentor engineers, and shape the architecture toward domain-driven design.

The role demands strong leadership, deep Java/Spring and Angular expertise (6+ years), experience with Kafka, and a solid grasp of OOAD, patterns, and RESTful API design. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience as a Tech Lead or Squad Lead.
• Expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with 6+ years.
• Hands-on Kafka experience.
• Strong OOAD, design patterns, and architectural awareness.
• Deep understanding of domain bounded contexts.
• Proven ability to design and consume RESTful services.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Oracle and JPA/Hibernate.
• Backend-focused mindset with solid engineering practices.
• Fluent or upper-intermediate English communication.
