AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize employee lifecycle applications, primarily in Python/Django with some Java/Spring Boot and React, strengthening integrations with enterprise platforms and AI-enabled workflows.

You will work on applications that integrate with Workday and iCIMS, improving scalability, security, and user experience while collaborating with global teams and leading brands.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience with back-end focus.
• Strong Python/Django experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience integrating apps with AI capabilities and LLMs.
• Experience with REST APIs and modern auth patterns (OAuth 2.0, scopes).
• Strong testing, debugging and documentation skills.
