Job summary

Garage Hub seeks a Senior Operations Manager to own the end-to-end order fulfillment experience—from supplier transmission to customer delivery—and to drive supplier performance and on-time execution. You will lead process improvements and pilot AI-enabled automation to reduce manual work while maintaining accuracy.

The role includes managing one Operations Clerk today, with growth plans as volume scales, and close collaboration with the Managing Director, COO, and President.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of operations management experience.
• Experience owning supplier, logistics/carrier or fulfillment relationships preferred.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Ability to work until 2:00 PM PT.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Owns the health of order transmission to suppliers and manages supplier performance against on-time processing and shipping goals.
• Owns the daily cancellation process and the levers behind it.
• Owns late-order performance against channel partner standards and identifies improvements.
• Owns returns-to-supplier workflow with the Returns Center Manager.
• Owns warehouse onboarding process and defines gated ownership at each step.
• Runs the weekly warehouse performance review and the related reporting.
