Job summary

MAVI is hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the in-house finance team for a high-growth US company, working remotely from Argentina. You will lead planning, forecasting, and act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, building key models yourself and guiding the team.

You will partner with executives on budgets and decisions, drive the annual plan, and coach analysts while ensuring timely planning with a strong emphasis on judgment and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance.
• Experience leading planning cycles and presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience partnering with executives on budgets and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with an executive leader on planning, spend, and trade-offs.
• Lead area forecasting and set the process others follow.
• Own the area’s annual plan and targets.
• Coach analysts and review models for structure, assumptions, and storytelling.
• Run budget and reforecast calendar and hold stakeholders to it.
• Develop analysts and ensure high-quality outputs.
