MAVI places experienced finance and accounting professionals into senior, high-ownership roles at high-growth US companies, with remote work from Argentina. We are seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for a high-growth US company, owning the planning process end to end, from the operating model and budget to board materials and fundraising support.

This is a core FP&A leadership role focusing on planning, modeling, and decision support, including scenarios for

Competenze

• Eight+ years of finance experience with at least 2 in core FP&A
• Expert three-statement modeling skills with driver-based models
• Experience preparing board/investor materials and presenting to senior leadership
• Experience supporting fundraising, M&A, or other strategic initiatives
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and scenario planning
• Experience leading or mentoring FP&A analysts
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to present to founders, boards, and investors
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Mansioni

• Own planning process end-to-end: operating model, budget, board materials, and fundraising support
• Lead annual planning and rolling forecast across departments
• Own rolling cash flow forecast and runway planning, including fundraising timing scenarios
• Model scenarios and sensitivities for pricing, hiring, expansion, and investment
• Prepare board decks and investor updates; craft narrative behind numbers
• Support corporate strategy and M&A from opportunity analysis to deal execution
• Define KPI framework and unit economics; develop dashboards
• Lead and develop FP&A analysts and improve planning tools and processes
