Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience.
• Experience owning forecasts rather than only updating templates.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets modeling, including lookups, pivots, and clean model structure.
• Experience modeling recurring revenue and SaaS unit economics.
• Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker or Power BI.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Performance analysis: analyze revenue, margin, and spend trends.
• Ad hoc analysis: answer leadership's questions with fast, well-structured analysis.
• Spend tracking: track department spend against budget and flag overruns.
• SaaS metrics: own ARR, net revenue retention, CAC payback, and gross margin reporting.
• Subscription forecast: forecast bookings, churn, and expansion by cohort.
• Translate model outputs into concise recommendations that a department head can act on.
