MAVI is seeking a Finance Business Partner to connect accounting numbers with the people who run the business at a high-growth US company, working remotely from Argentina. You will partner with department heads on their budgets, forecasts, and spend, and ensure alignment with the close and US GAAP/IFRS standards.

You will build departmental budgets and rolling forecasts, perform variance analysis, and develop KPI reporting for leadership.

Competenze

5+ years of experience across accounting and FP&A with a solid accounting foundation.
Experience building budgets, forecasts, and budget-versus-actual analyses.
Working knowledge of accrual accounting and month-end close under US GAAP or IFRS.
Exposure to US/UK/Canada/Australia clients or entities.
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel/Sheets.
Experience explaining numbers to non-finance stakeholders and working with ERP systems.

Mansioni

Partner with department heads on budgets, forecasts, and spend to align with the company plan.
Build and maintain departmental budgets and rolling forecasts.
Explain budget-versus-actual results with root-cause analysis and actions.
Create reporting packages and KPI dashboards for leadership.
Support accruals, prepaids, and realignments during close.
Coordinate with AP and procurement on spend approvals and cost allocation.
Reconcile planning data to the general ledger to ensure consistency.
