MAVI is seeking an FP&A Analyst to own budgeting, forecasting, and planning at a high-growth US company, working remotely from Argentina. You will maintain models, prepare variance analysis, and build the monthly reporting that finance leadership uses.

Responsibilities include driving driver-based forecasts for revenue, headcount, and expenses; supporting the annual budget and rolling reforecast; and delivering clear budget-versus-actual commentary.

Competenze

• 2+ years FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience.
• Experience building financial models and variance analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of the three financial statements and how operating assumptions flow through them.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily work with US teams.

• Forecasts: Build and maintain driver-based revenue, headcount, and operating expense forecasts.
• Budget cycle: Support the annual budget and rolling reforecast, from templates to consolidation.
• Variance analysis: Produce budget-versus-actual analysis with clear explanations of business drivers.
