MAVI is placing experienced finance and accounting professionals into senior, high-ownership roles at high-growth US companies. We seek a Director of FP&A to lead FP&A and the operating plan, reporting to the CFO, while working remotely from Argentina.

You will oversee the operating plan, forecast, and decision-support quality across the company. You will own the annual plan, quarterly reforecasts, and the driver-based model architecture; lead and develop the FP&A team, and craft the board's

Competenze

• 8+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance.
• Experience leading an FP&A team and owning a company-wide operating plan.
• Experience with planning tools such as Adaptive, Pigment, or Anaplan and using AI in finance workflows.

Mansioni

• Own the annual operating plan and quarterly reforecast.
• Run the monthly business review with the executive team.
• Lead and develop a team of FP&A analysts.
• Own the company model and its driver structure.
• Lead and develop the FP&A function, defining business plans, measures, and reports.
• Own the monthly business narrative for the executive team and board.
