Adaptive & Co in Argentina is seeking a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead complex analytics, tech, and performance projects from scoping to delivery. You will bridge clients and a multidisciplinary team of data architects, engineers, data scientists, and media experts to land projects on time, within scope, and aligned with client business goals.

You’ll drive roadmaps, manage budgets, and oversee cross-functional execution while maintaining client reporting quality.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management within digital marketing, analytics, or tech consultancy or agency environments.
• Proficiency in using project management platforms (Jira or similar) and AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Rovo) to optimize project delivery workflows.
• Ability to work both collaboratively in cross-functional teams and autonomously with high drive, surpassing deadlines and targets.
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong commercial awareness and financial project control.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: articulate, concise, and confident when presenting to executive client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Bonus: Understanding of the Google Analytics & Marketing Stack and Paid Media Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Roadmapping, blueprints, and detailed resource schedules.
• Sprint planning and resource allocation to balance delivery and team wellbeing.
• Monitor scope, budgets, and profitability across engagements.
• Identify risks and deploy swift mitigation solutions.
• Maintain rigorous attention to technical details, sprint deliverables, and client reporting.
• Ensure accurate time logging and healthy billable utilization across portfolio.
• Own post-launch warranty process, client handover communication, and contingency planning.
• Provide end-to-end ownership with updates on timelines, milestones, risks, and financial reporting.
• Build deep client relationships and act as a strategic guide for business and marketing objectives.
• Lead project kick-offs, debriefs, and governance meetings with clear agendas and minutes.
• Gather client feedback and contribute to case studies highlighting project impact.
