Power Digital in Argentina is seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to coordinate web development projects from scope to delivery. You will lead design and development teams, ensure quality, and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth.

You will leverage AI tools within Omega/Nova ecosystems to streamline workflows, report progress, and resolve blockers. This role requires 2–4 years agency experience and a solid understanding of UX trends.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–4 years agency experience.
Experience managing website development and design projects (2–3 years).
Strong knowledge of web design and UX trends.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.

Responsabilidades

Client Relationship Management: main point of contact for assigned clients; conduct regular meetings and updates.
Project Oversight: plan, execute, and monitor projects; ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Communication: provide clear status updates to clients and internal teams; address issues proactively.
POD Coordination & Alignment: coordinate across the pod; manage priorities and resources.
Client Portfolio: manage 10–25 clients per pod or $37+ MRR across accounts.
Client Retention: maintain 85%+ MRR retention.
Team Support: step in as AM across other accounts when needed.
Employ AI technologies to optimize business processes.
Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for department-related tasks.
