McKinsey Digital is seeking a creative digital marketer to help shape growth for our clients' online presence in Buenos Aires or Santiago de Chile. You will design and execute growth strategies, build paid media programs, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to translate insights into action.

You will work with global colleagues across industries to optimize websites and campaigns, tell compelling data-driven stories, and mentor others while continuing your own

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business or engineering (advanced digital specialization a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in the digital marketing industry.
• Knowledge of primary paid media, owned media, and analytics tools.
• Strong English and Spanish written and verbal communication.
