PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Manager-level Project Manager to oversee and coordinate diverse projects, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline. You’ll lead with integrity, develop teams, and drive value across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services, shaping client outcomes while applying Agile practices.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement governance that ensures quality and timely delivery.

Formación

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Leading project management workstreams to optimize project portfolios and drive strategic business outcomes.
• Coordinating and overseeing project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful delivery.
• Managing stakeholder engagement and communication to align project goals with business objectives.
• Developing and implementing project governance frameworks to maintain quality and timelines.
• Conducting risk identification and management to mitigate potential project challenges.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Analyzing project data to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate project management practices across the organization.
