Collaborate with marketing and production, mentor junior designers, and translate briefs into actionable design plans while ensuring pixel-perfect execution and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Designer in digital or advertising environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and strong portfolio showcasing digital design work.
• Experience with all stages of the design process from concept to final execution.
• Deep understanding of typography, grids, interaction design, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of style proposals, sketches, mockups, and prototypes for products, features, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and production to ensure brand-aligned designs.
• Mentor junior designers and foster skill development within the team.
• Translate complex briefs into actionable design briefs and plans.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and attention to detail across assets.
