Monks is seeking a Senior Designer to craft digital content, campaigns, websites and assets for leading brands. You’ll translate briefs into standout visuals and guide projects from concept through delivery across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with global teams, push creative boundaries, and present designs to clients. A portfolio demonstrating 4+ years in digital design or art direction, strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills, typography mastery, and the ability to shape layouts across markets

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a designer or art director crafting digital designs and advertising materials
• Portfolio shows slick Photoshop and Illustrator work
• Strong communication with clients and colleagues worldwide
• Experience with all stages of the design process from concept to layouts across markets/formats
• Ability to create balanced, beautiful layouts
• Understanding of typography, interaction design, flow and storytelling; ability to improve work aesthetically and functionally
• Ability to present designs to colleagues and clients alike

Responsibilities

• Specialize in creating platform projects and designing digital marketing assets for various channels
• Work for world’s brands and ensure designs are aligned with expectations
• Translate client briefs into design briefs and kickstart new projects
• Collaborate on dedicated client accounts
• Push boundaries to enhance digital designs and aesthetics
• Create style proposals, sketches, and mockups for pitches
• Set or guide style for projects while safeguarding predefined styles
• Oversee art direction and improve work with new angles and best practices
