Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in motion design and 2D animation across brand campaigns, social content, and hero video production.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma with strong typography and layout sense.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (Runway, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Whisk) and staying current with new techniques.
• Ability to manage time, flag risks early, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the full animation lifecycle from pre-production to final delivery across social assets and hero videos.
• Lead early-stage ideation with art directors, translating briefs into motion work across formats and languages.
• Build and optimize production templates to improve speed and consistency for the global team.
• Maintain brand integrity across all deliverables and flag infeasible timelines proactively.
• Champion generative AI tools in workflow and help the team adopt new techniques and software.
• Present work and contribute to creative conversations with support from the craft director; collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide.
• Mentor junior and semi-senior animators, sharing progress, problems, and solutions.
