Deel is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own demand strategy and go-to-market for Deel's emerging product lines. You will drive full‑funnel demand across paid and non-paid channels, collaborating with Sales, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and regional teams to build a world‑class, AI‑powered demand engine for new products.

You will set quarterly and monthly strategy, optimize campaigns, test new channels, and drive measurable pipeline growth while leveraging AI to move faster

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns (SaaS/tech preferred).
• Proven track record building campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue at scale.
• Strong forecast, analysis, and optimization of funnel performance across channels.
• Fluency in English; able to present insights and recommendations to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Set quarterly demand strategy and growth targets in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and regional teams.
• Own demand generation across non-paid channels; test AI-driven messaging and build automations.
• Track CPL, SQO, pipeline ROI; automate reporting and optimize based on feedback loops.
