Power Digital, an AI-Native Growth Firm, is seeking a Senior Paid Advertising Strategist to lead performance marketing across marquee accounts. You will own campaign planning, optimization, QA, reporting, and proactive client communication while mentoring junior talent and integrating AI-driven workflows within the Nova ecosystem.

We value deep channel expertise (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), strong data storytelling, and the ability to translate insights into actionable

Formación

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience; 3+ years in an agency setting.
• 3-4 years hands-on experience with 2+ paid advertising channels.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Office suites.
• Strong funnel marketing knowledge and ability to derive insights from data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts; ensure delivery against client goals.
• Conduct QA to prevent errors that could impact client revenue.
• Maintain budget pacing and advise on budget changes.
• Demonstrate expertise in at least two major ad channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop actionable insights from campaign data and client data sources.
