Job summary

Darwoft is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focusing on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors for a cybersecurity platform. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design scalable ingestion pipelines and connectors across cloud environments.

You will collaborate with architecture, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver reliable data flows, security event processing, and high-volume analytics. Remote LATAM engagement is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Software/Data/Platform Engineering or related field.
• Strong Python/Go development experience.
• Experience building data ingestion pipelines and connectors.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration projects.
• Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes; CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade data collectors and ingestion services.
• Integrate enterprise data sources including identity providers, cloud platforms, and security systems.
• Collaborate with customers to understand environments, data flows, and security constraints.
• Participate in onboarding, architecture design, and deployment processes.
• Design scalable ingestion architectures for high-volume data like security events and logs.
• Build integrations using REST APIs, cloud-native services, and event-driven patterns.
• Develop backend services with Python and/or Go and work with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes and deploy across AWS/Azure/GCP.
