Darwoft is hiring a Senior Data Engineer focused on data ingestion, integrations, and collectors for a marketing‑driven education platform. You will own end‑to‑end pipelines from ad platforms and CRM to a BigQuery warehouse, building modular dbt/Dataform pipelines and Looker Studio dashboards.

You bring 10+ years in data or platform engineering, with Python/Go experience, SQL/NoSQL knowledge, and a client‑facing mindset. This is a 100% remote LATAM role offering USD payment and flexible hours.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience, preferably in marketing/agency
• Strong experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or similar ETL
• SQL with BigQuery transformation, partitioning, and modeling
• Expertise with dbt or Dataform and modular pipelines
• Python for custom API connections and automation
• CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Understanding of marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CAC) and Looker Studio optimization
• Git-based workflows and multi-client data environment management
• Excellent communication to translate complex data into clear narratives

Responsabilidades

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture across paid media and CRM sources
• Build and maintain CRM connections (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot) to feed the warehouse
• Design and optimize the data warehouse in BigQuery with scalable schemas
• Create SQL mappings for multi-channel data in modular dbt/Dataform pipelines
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for robust releases and data segregation
• Develop views for Looker Studio dashboards and automated reports
• Monitor data quality, resolve API breaks, and reduce latency
