Job summary

Agileengine, Llc. is seeking a Senior Data Engineer focused on marketing analytics. You will own data ingestion from paid media and CRM, connect to Adverity, and build a reliable BigQuery warehouse.

You’ll implement modular dbt/Dataform transformations and support Looker Studio dashboards for education marketing clients. You will collaborate with the Data and Analytics team to scale automated reporting, ensure data quality, and optimize for multi-client environments with strong data segregation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Experience configuring datastreams, transformations, and destinations in Adverity or comparable ETL platforms.
• Advanced SQL with BigQuery experience in transformation, partitioning and modeling.
• Expertise with dbt or Dataform and modular, version-controlled pipelines.
• Python for custom API connections and automation of pipelines.
• Experience with CRM data flows (Slate, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong knowledge of ROAS, CPA, CAC and marketing data schemas for Looker Studio.
• Proficient Git usage and multi-client data environment management.

Responsibilities

• Own data ingestion & pipeline architecture from paid media and CRM into Adverity and warehouse.
• Own CRM integration to ensure clean lead/enrollment data in the warehouse.
• Own the data warehouse in BigQuery with efficient schemas and cost-aware storage.
• Own transformation & mapping in modular dbt/Dataform pipelines with clear naming.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and strict data segregation across multi-client environments.
• Enable the reporting layer with Looker Studio dashboards and automated sheets.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues across source, warehouse, and BI layers.
