Oracle is seeking a seasoned data center operations professional to identify opportunities, validate cabling, monitor ticketing, and mentor technicians in a global environment. Your role will drive reliable server hardware upkeep and network changes while upholding safety and SOP/MOP guidelines.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate across teams and vendors, and ensure SLAs are met through proactive problem solving and structured change control.

Formación

• Experience operating data center hardware and components.
• Ability to mentor technicians on best practices.
• Familiarity with SOPs and MOPs in data center environments.

Responsabilidades

• Datacenter Services Operations-Break/Fix and Hardware Maintenance: identify opportunities to optimize server hardware and lifecycle.
• Datacenter Services Operations-Network Configuration, Installation, and Augmentation: guide technicians on network configurations and client sign-offs.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: monitor ticket queue, assign work, and document resolutions within SLAs.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce SOPs/MOPs, ensure site rules and security procedures are followed.
• Continuous Improvement: train on advanced repair techniques and escalate recurring issues.
• Collaboration and Leadership: coordinate with partners to validate installations and meet SLAs.
• Core Responsibilities - Planning & Execution: complete complex tasks with limited instructions and shift resources as needed.
