Formación

• 10+ years in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong understanding of wellbore data interpretation and drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in Vaca Muerta or other shale basins.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Deliver technical presentations and post‑well analyses to demonstrate service value.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
