AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve the cloud infrastructure and reliability layers behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment.

The role requires 5+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, strong hands-on experience with AWS EKS and Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and excellent English communication.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or SRE.
• Strong hands-on experience operating AWS infrastructure in production.
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes and EKS, including workload operations and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with Argo Workflows or similar workflow tools.
• Solid Infrastructure as Code using Terraform; source-controlled workflows.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Proficient in monitoring/logging/alerting with tools like Splunk, PagerDuty or Opsgenie.
• Ability to lead incident resolution and perform root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell, Bash or similar scripting languages.
• Strong English communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Provide senior technical ownership for the Cloud/DevOps service tower during LatAm hours.
• Operate and improve AWS infrastructure supporting the Data Platform (EKS, S3, EventBridge, etc.).
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Define and improve IaC, CI/CD, release execution, and environment consistency using Terraform.
• Lead observability improvements and consolidate alerting across tools and runbooks.
• Manage major incidents with RCA, post-incident reviews, and action plans.
• Design reliability improvements and automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Track service metrics and ensure SLA compliance and availability.
• Apply change-management, access-control, and audit practices in regulated environments.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate with Data/Security/Governance teams.
