Qualifications

• 5+ years in Cloud Engineering/DevOps or SRE.
• Hands-on AWS EKS and Kubernetes production experience.
• Administer Argo Workflows or similar workflow tools.
• IaC with Terraform; source-controlled infrastructure practices.
• CI/CD pipeline design, release processes, and automation.
• Monitoring/alerting with Splunk, PagerDuty, Opsgenie or equivalents.
• Strong English communication and incident leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own Cloud/DevOps service tower during LatAm coverage and on-call rotation.
• Operate and improve AWS infra including EKS, S3, EventBridge, Lambda.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows for reliability.
• Define standards for IaC, CI/CD, and environment consistency (Terraform).
• Improve observability and alerting across infra and data workloads.
• Lead major incident response and post-incident reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive reliability improvements and automate repetitive ops tasks.
• Track service metrics like availability and deployment outcomes.
