Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve the cloud infrastructure behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. The role requires 5+ years of experience, advanced AWS/EKS and Kubernetes skills, Argo Workflows administration, and strong English communication.

You will drive IaC, CI/CD, and observability improvements, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call rotations within LatAm hours.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps or SRE.
Hands-on AWS infrastructure in production environments.
Expertise with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
Experience with Argo Workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide senior technical ownership for Cloud/DevOps during LatAm coverage window.
Operate and improve AWS infrastructure supporting the Data Platform.
Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows; ensure deployment and recovery.
Define and improve IaC, configuration management, and release processes.
Improve observability and alerting across infra and data workloads.
Lead major incident responses with clear stakeholder communication.
Design reliability improvements and automate repetitive tasks.
Track service metrics and enforce SLA compliance.
Apply change-management and auditability in regulated environment.
Mentor engineers and participate in on-call rotation.
