Job summary

Reboot Monkey is seeking a seasoned Data Management Lead to independently manage end-to-end data management delivery for large, possibly global trials, ensuring quality and on-time results. You will provide leadership to the CDM team, oversee project planning and financials, and ensure adherence to GCPs and SOPs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health/science field required; 7 years DM experience and 5 years as a CDM lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM lifecycle (1000+ patients).
• Strong knowledge of CDM processes, SAE reconciliation, data vendor reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Provide leadership and senior support to DTLs on multiple large global studies/programs.
• Manage DM service delivery with comprehensive DM processes and technical expertise.
• Lead negotiations with customers on timelines, financials, and resources.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure compliance with GCPs and SOPs.
