Job summary

Premier Research Group seeks a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead to drive end-to-end data management for single or multi-service programs. You will lead DM delivery, liaising with clients and Project Leads, ensuring timelines, budget adherence, and quality across global studies.

You will mentor DM staff, oversee budgets and risk management, and contribute to bid defenses. Strong knowledge of DM processes, GCPs, and regulatory guidelines is essential, with in-depth English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences.
• 7 years direct Data Management experience, incl. 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering global trials through full DM life cycle.
• Expert data management skills with DM process knowledge.
• Experience handling complex client negotiations and bid defense meetings.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy, and/or Physiology.
• Knowledge of GCPs and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead data manager for one or more projects.
• Serve as liaison to Project Lead and client as required.
• Produce project-specific status reports for management/clients.
• Monitor study metrics and escalate risks per procedures.
• Participate in business development and bid defense when needed.
• Forecast hours and resource requirements for projects.
• Oversee budgets and Contract Modifications processes.
• Lead and mentor junior staff in DM tasks.
• Communicate data management activities within studies.
