Job summary

Maxit Consulting - Max Corporate Group seeks an experienced Data Management Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end CDM projects across global trials. You will lead planning, execution, budget, and client communications, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within scope.

You will mentor junior team members, negotiate timelines and resourcing with customers, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships while upholding GCP and CDM standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field.
• 7 years of direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM life cycle.
• Strong understanding of CDM processes and GCP/regulatory guidelines.
• Proven competence in complex customer negotiations and bid defenses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Lead and manage end-to-end DM service delivery across studies and programs.
• Provide leadership to DTLs on global studies and budget management.
• Negotiate timelines, financials, and resources with customers.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality, timely deliverables.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and open communications with stakeholders.
• Review DM plans, contracts, and change orders, ensuring compliance.
