IQVIA is seeking an experienced Data Management lead to independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for global trials, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, and providing leadership to the CDM team.

You will act as the primary client contact for DM deliverables, manage budgets and scope, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff while adhering to GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Formación

• 7 years direct Data Management experience with 5+ years as CDM lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of data management processes and regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client management and serve as primary contact for DM deliverables.
• Manage DM service delivery, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Mentor junior staff and provide DM training and development.
• Oversee risk, issues, and change control with senior stakeholders.
