Job summary

The Global Talent Co. is recruiting a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead to independently manage end-to-end data management services for single and multi-service projects.

You will provide leadership in project planning, execution, and close-out, while ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. You will serve as the escalation point for data issues, mentor junior DM staff, and coordinate with client data managers and vendors to deliver high-quality DM products in line with GCPs and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences or related field.
• 7 years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM life cycle (large trials, 1000+ patients).
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines; SAEs and vendor reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client point of contact for data management deliverables.
• Manage multiple large studies or programs, possibly global, with DM leadership.
• Lead DM service delivery with DM process and technical expertise; escalate data issues.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource requirements; mentor junior staff.
