Job summary

Reboot Monkey seeks a senior Data Management Lead to independently manage end-to-end data management delivery for large and global studies. You will provide leadership to the CDM team, ensure quality deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will drive project planning, execution, and close-out, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences or related field.
• 7 years direct data management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead.
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of CDM processes, SAE reconciliation, and vendor coordination.
• Proven ability to negotiate timelines, scope, and budget with customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data management delivery for single/multi-service projects.
• Lead DM service delivery with strong process and technical expertise.
• Serve as escalation point for data issues and drive issue resolution.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with global study teams.
