Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Senior Clinical Data Team Lead to independently manage end-to-end data management delivery for large studies, providing leadership in planning, execution, and close-out. You will guide the DM team, ensure quality and timeliness, and act as a senior liaison with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading DM service delivery, mentoring junior staff, negotiating timelines/budgets, and ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines across global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences, or related field Req
• 7 years direct Data Management experience, including 5+ years as a CDM project lead
• Experience delivering multiple global trials through full DM lifecycle (large trials)
• Expert data management skills and knowledge of DM processes (SAE reconciliation, vendor data, lab data)
• Knowledge of GCPs and regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customer on data management deliverables.
• Manage multiple large studies or programs (possibly global).
• Provide project management with customer data managers and internal teams to improve processes and handle change orders.
• Lead negotiations with customer on timelines, financials, processes, and resources.
• Ensure open communications with customer and IQVIA management to meet contractual obligations.
