Job summary

Visa is seeking a Sr. Consultant, Client Success to own post-sale client relationships and deliver operational solutions that grow client business.

You will partner with Sales and Product to maximize benefits realization and value from Visa products, driving adoption and performance improvements for diverse clients. You will define client support strategies, deploy automation, and work with global teams to ensure a seamless client experience across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree.
• Experience in client success and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work across countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of new Visa products by coordinating teams to maximize adoption.
• Develop client education and training materials to ensure readiness.
• Lead periodic operational reviews with clients and Visa stakeholders.
• Act as escalation point for major incidents and critical issues.
• Drive adoption of Visa products and self-service tools to improve value.
