Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, driving results for clients. VIS South Cone seeks a hands‑on leader to drive end‑to‑end implementations of Visa digital and tech solutions across issuers, fintechs, acquirers, and retailers, including integrations with third‑party vendors and system integrators.

You will lead complex programs spanning issuing, risk, fraud, and authorization and acceptance domains, shaping client roadmaps with secure, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in tech products or technical program/project management, solution architecture, or implementation consulting within payments, banks or fintech.
• Experience with ML/AI environments and understanding of how models and integrations behave.
• Proven leadership delivering programs for issuers, fintechs, acquirers, and/or retailers, with tangible outcomes in risk, fraud, and authorization performance.
• Demonstrated experience leading integrations with third‑party vendors and system integrators to deliver end‑to‑end tech solutions.
• Strong grasp of card payments, authorization flows, fraud strategies, and real-time decisioning.
• Ability to define architectures, integration patterns (APIs, MCPs, webhooks, eventing), data models, and security controls at enterprise scale.
• Executive presence and client‑facing skills; able to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; excellent written and verbal communication is mandatory.

Job Description

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, digital marketing and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

Within VCA exists Visa Implementation Services (VIS) for Advisory, a team of global consultants dedicated to helping our clients grow their businesses through strategic execution and implementation support.

VIS South Cone is seeking a hands‑on technical and functional leader to drive end‑to‑end implementations of Visa digital and tech solutions across issuers, fintechs, acquirers, and large retailers. You will lead complex programs spanning issuing, risk, fraud, and authorization and acceptance domains, as well as core technology initiatives—e.g., issuer processing implementations on Pismo or Acceptance Full Stack, fraud decisioning with FeatureSpace, wallet integrations, and SDK deployments, among others —while shaping client roadmaps and ensuring secure, scalable outcomes. A key part of the role is orchestrating integrations with Visa teams, third‑party vendors and system integrators to deliver cohesive, enterprise‑grade solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in tech products or technical program/project management, solution architecture, or implementation consulting within payments, banks or fintech.


• Comfort operating in ML/AI environments and understanding of how models and integrations behave.


• Proven leadership delivering programs for issuers, fintechs, acquirers, and/or retailers, with tangible outcomes in risk, fraud, and authorization performance.


• Demonstrated experience leading integrations with third‑party vendors and system integrators to deliver end‑to‑‑end tech solutions.


• Strong grasp of card payments, authorization flows, fraud strategies, and real‑time decisioning.


• Ability to define architectures, integration patterns (APIs, MCPs, webhooks, eventing), data models, and security controls at enterprise scale.

Nice To Have

• Hands‑on experience integrating payment platforms and services such as Pismo, FeatureSpace, wallets/tokenization, and SDKs (mobile/web) is nice to have.


• Practical knowledge of API design and testing.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Experience working in client‑facing environments, including pre‑sales or consulting.
