Qualifications

• Experience leading in a matrixed organization and delivering through influence.
• Strong understanding of investment banking lifecycle: M&A/ECM/DCM.
• Proven track record managing KPIs/SLAs and improving throughput.
• Ability to manage senior escalations and partner with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own banker coverage for billing and set timing/expectations.
• Oversee regional pipeline and billing milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers.
• Identify recurring pain points and implement improvements.
• Oversee compliant billing set-up and tax treatment.
• Govern external spend and enforce SLAs.
• Review invoices for quality and sign-off.
• Act as escalation point for client and vendor billing inquiries.
• Maintain senior oversight of receivables and drive collections.
• Own billing operating model and day-to-day execution.
• Define priorities and a multi-quarter improvement roadmap.
• Establish KPIs/SLAs and run monthly reviews.
• Partner with business heads and bankers to align on close.
