JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Buenos Aires seeks a dynamic Vice President to lead the Credit Trading Middle Office, overseeing trading and sales support across Credit Trading and Fixed Income desks.

You will manage a large team, drive regulatory reporting, and improve controls through data-driven tools. Responsibilities include governing reconciliations, T+1 processes, and cross-functional collaboration to enable growth while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial operations and middle office management; knowledge of credit products and regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Proven expertise in trading and sales support within a middle office, particularly credit and fixed income products.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trading and sales support for North America Credit Trading and North American Fixed Income Sales.
• Direct a team of 50-55 FTEs in the Buenos Aires FICC Middle Office across multiple desks.
• Manage regulatory reporting obligations (TRACE, MSRB, CFTC, SEC).
• Develop reconciliations and T+1 checkout processes for internal trades, broker trades, and JPMorgan sales desks.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies/breaks, including queries and nostro issues.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis for trading and sales desks to support decision-making.
• Spearhead middle office technology priorities using Alteryx and Tableau to improve controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess regulatory impacts and support growth.
• Drive process reviews and system enhancements to improve controls and efficiency.
