JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Buenos Aires is seeking a Vice President to lead the Global Banking Deal Services regional team, partnering with coverage, product and country banking teams to support client relationship management and deal execution across debt, equity and M&A.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of investment and corporate banking products, including mergers and acquisitions, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Loans, Trade, and Working Capital.
Senior stakeholder management skills, including presenting to and engaging with clients and senior executives.
3+ years of leadership experience managing medium operational teams (5+ direct reports).
Strong presentation capabilities, including PowerPoint, PitchPro, and other presentation tools.
Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation, process improvement, and adoption of new ways of working.
Evidence-based problem-solving skills, optimizing products and services to add value.
Experience using data visualization, workflow automation, process analytics, or AI-enabled tools to improve service delivery and decision-making, including managing banking support/enablement functions for a growing and diverse business.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Operating Model — Define and execute the regional team strategy, aligning goals to business priorities and the global target model.
Stakeholder Engagement — Build and maintain relationships with Coverage, Product bankers, and other key regional stakeholders.
Client Outcomes & Controls — Address client and stakeholder needs while balancing the firm’s interests, using market knowledge to enable productive discussions and maintain a strong control environment.
People Leadership & Culture — Create a high-performance, inclusive team culture, developing talent and using data to drive standards and goal attainment.
Pipeline, Capacity & Performance Management — Monitor the deal pipeline, manage capacity and demand, track KPIs, and surface risks early to prevent controls issues.
Escalation & Issue Resolution — Serve as a senior escalation point to remove roadblocks and resolve issues.
Cross-Functional Delivery — Partner with compliance, legal, credit, finance to deliver on client requests and deal execution requirements.
Process Improvement & Innovation — Streamline processes to reduce administrative work, improve efficiency, and implement new processes and innovations in collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders to support long-term growth.
