Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President to lead the Global Banking Deal Services regional team in Buenos Aires.

You willOwn regional strategy and end-to-end deal support across debt, equity, and M&A, partnering with coverage, product bankers, and country teams to deliver client outcomes. You will manage capacity, demand, and KPI tracking in a highly matrixed environment, mentoring talent and driving inclusive culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of investment and corporate banking products including M&A and capital markets.
• Senior stakeholder management with clients and executives.
• 3+ years leading medium operational teams (5+ direct reports).
• Strong presentation capabilities (PowerPoint, PitchPro).
• Proven ability to lead large-scale transformations and process improvements.
• Evidence-based problem solving to optimize products/services.
• Experience with data visualization and workflow analytics to improve delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional strategy, align goals to priorities and global model.
• Build and maintain relationships with Coverage, Product bankers and stakeholders.
• Address client needs while balancing firm interests, ensuring strong controls.
• Create a high-performance, inclusive team culture, and develop talent using data.
• Monitor deal pipeline, manage capacity/demand, track KPIs and surface risks early.
• Serve as senior escalation point to remove roadblocks and resolve issues.
• Partner with compliance, legal, credit, finance to deliver on client requests.
• Streamline processes to reduce admin work and enable long‑term growth.
