Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of medium operational teams (5+ direct reports).
• Strong presentation capabilities using PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Experience directing large-scale transformation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute regional strategy, aligning goals to business priorities and global target model.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Coverage, Product bankers, and key stakeholders across the region.
• Balance client needs with the firm’s interests while maintaining a strong control environment.
• Create a high-performance, inclusive team culture with talent development and data-driven standards.
• Monitor the deal pipeline, manage capacity and demand, track KPIs and surface risks early to prevent issues.
• Serve as a senior escalation point to remove roadblocks and resolve issues.
• Partner with compliance, legal, credit, finance to deliver on client requests and deal execution requirements.
• Streamline processes to reduce administrative work and drive long-term growth.
