AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards and data visualizations, analyze trends, validate data sources, and translate complex data into actionable narratives. The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, Python, and experience with data warehousing, remote collaboration tools, and English proficiency.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience and ability to optimize queries on large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining models or migrating to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience; AI coding tools experience preferred (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong data warehousing and data pipeline concepts; validating data models.
• Familiar with remote collaboration tools: GitHub, Slack, JIRA; upper-intermediate English.
