Job summary

AgileEngine seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role emphasizes SQL development, Tableau expertise, Python, and experience with AI coding tools, with flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation. You will interact with customers and drive data-driven decisions across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining/migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
