Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards and data visualizations and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, while collaborating with customers and teams to ensure data quality and impactful narratives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including maintaining/migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor) across coding, SQL, analysis and testing.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality service.
