AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end analytics, design data models, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and emerging AI coding tools, with flexible remote/office options and USD-based compensation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including hands-on maintenance or migration of models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor across coding, SQL, analysis, testing and research.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations for accurate reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English
