AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop dashboards, analyze trends, and validate data sources while interacting with customers to gather requirements.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strategic thinking, and a strong operational mindset, with flex-time and remote/office options to support productive work across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for senior leaders and product teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
