AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leadership and product teams.

You will develop dashboards, analyze datasets, validate data sources, and communicate insights with a strong operational mindset. This role offers flextime, remote and office options, and competitive USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using Claude Code or Cursor AI coding tools.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to validate and maintain data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and improvements.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
