Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards and data visualizations, analyze trends, validate data sources, and communicate complex insights to diverse audiences, while collaborating with remote teams and stakeholders. This role emphasizes ownership, strategic thinking, and strong data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Prior hands‑on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad‑hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to validate data models and calculations for reporting.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for senior leaders and product teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
