Job summary

AgileEngine seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into actionable insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end BI solutions, collaborate across departments, and guide data-informed decisions with a strategic, customer-focused mindset.

The role emphasizes autonomy, strong communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with modern analytics tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, maintaining or migrating models to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
